Jus Cogens is a registered non profit association whose mission is to protect and promote holistic health, sustainable rural eco-settlements, internationally recognized human rights law and spiritual values in South France, the Pacific West and Central America. In this perspective, we are consolidating a "health & retreat farm" in the Eastern Pyrénées which is opened to welcoming friendly volunteers and partners who are serious about reducing chronic diseases among sentient beings and developing sustainability. Situated in the sunny mountainous Eastern Pyrénées (700 meters up) next to Spain and 65 kilometers  from the Mediterranean Sea, and adjacent to a soothing river and refreshing waterfall, the Center focuses on vegan and raw food retreats, legal and holistic health information workshops, organic agriculture, eco-construction, music, art, yoga and spiritual awareness. French and English spoken. Internet (wi-fi) available. Agriculture, botanical gardening, wild herbs and forest mushroom picking, house restoration, property maintenance and holistic health "wwoof" activities are equitably balanced via an access to a holistic health and sustainability learning area, organic agriculture knowledge, a calm tv-free meditative and empowering environment, a waterfall and river (on the property), plant-based diet and shelter, forests promenades and hiking. Our agricultural products are certified by the national certification organism "Ecocert".
