Je suis venue passer quelques jours pour me reposer et me faire porter par les bonnes ondes de la maison et de son hôte. Christian a pris plaisir à nous faire vivre toutes les expériences de la saison : massage des pieds nus sur les galets de la rivière glaciale, méditation et exercice respiratoire auprès de la chute d'eau, confection des repas végétaliens vivants, généreux et délicieux, séance d’aromathérapie via le diffuseur et massage du corps, sauna à infra rouges lointains, ressourcement via une ballade en montagne, promenade botanique avec plantes médicinales montrées par Christian à chaque détour de chemin et yoga en plein champs. Une belle expérience de ressourcement à plusieurs niveaux.
