½ teaspoon black pepper, ground to taste
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
.125 cup parsley, chopped
.125 cup cilantro, chopped

- Mix all other ingredients (including sun-dried tomato soak water)in food processor and process until smooth.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spread evenly on 2 Teflex dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 115°F for 6 hours. Flip and transfer to a mesh screen for 6 additional hours.

RECIPE B
4 cups whole flax seeds, soaked 4-6 hours
1/3 to 1/2 cup Braggs Aminos
juice of 2-3 lemons
Soak flax seeds for 4 to 6 hours in purified water. You will then have a gelatinous mixture, be sure to keep moist and loose for spreading. Add Braggs and lemon juice to taste and mix well. Spread mixture as thin as possible on your dehydrator trays with a teflex sheet on top. Keep your hands wet as this will help on spreading the flax seeds (or use a spatula) Dehydrate at 105 degees for 5-6 hours and then flip the mixture and remove the teflex sheet. Continue dehydrating until the mixture completely dry. Approximately 5-6 hours.
Optional:
You could add garlic, onions, carrot juice, taco seasoning, Italian seasoning, chili powder, cumin in any combination. Be creative and make up your own recipe.

Sun-dried tomatoes
>>> Mix together in a large bowl and add around 10 cups of water while stirring. The water amount will vary depending on what all you put in it. It wants to be stir-able, thick and not runny. You may want to add a bit more water after a few hours so it isn’t too solid.
>>>Cover and sit in a warm place (not the fridge) overnight.
>>>In the morning, spoon it out onto your trays (use a Teflon-type sheet on the tray) about a quarter inch thick; score into squares with a butter knife (so they’ll break into pieces easier when dried)
>>>Put in your Dehydrator at 104 degrees for 24 hours, or until dry on top and bottom. After about 15 hours I sometimes take them out and flip them over for the remaining time.
>>>Store in zip-locks, but if they’re still damp at all do not seal the bag so they can continue to dry

HEALTH PROPERTIES
- Flax seeds contain a high quality protein.
- Flax seeds are rich in soluble fiber. The combination of the oil and the fiber makes flaxseeds an ideal laxative.
- Flax seeds contain vitamins B-1, B-2, C, E, and carotene. These seeds also contain iron, zinc, and trace amounts of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, and vitamin E and carotene, two nutrients which aid the metabolism of the oil.
- Flax seeds contain over a hundred times more of a phytonutrient, known as lignin, than any of its closest competitors, such as wheat bran, buckwheat, rye, millet, oats, and soybeans. Lignins have received a lot of attention lately because of possible anti-cancer properties, especially in relation to breast and colon cancer. Lignins seem to flush excess estrogen out of the body, thereby reducing the incidence of estrogen-linked cancers, such as breast cancer. Besides anti-tumor properties, lignins also seem to have antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties.
